INTERNET BANKING AND AUDIO RESPONSE
Our members now have two new ways to access their accounts at the credit union. Voice Response system 1-800-243-0191 for those who do not have or cannot access the Internet, and for those members who do have Internet access, we now have Internet Banking. All members will have the ability to

get balances,
-
transfer funds,
-
make a loan transfer payment,
-
check transaction history (including cleared checks),
-
request a withdrawal.
CHARGES WILL APPLY AFTER FIVE(5) ACCESSES PER MONTH. Now you can access your account at the credit union 24 hours a day.
VISA CHECK CARD
If you are not one of the estimated two-thirds of American consumers who is carrying a debit card, now is a great time to apply for a CMC-FCPI Employees FCU VISA Check Card. The card operates like cash or a personal check. When you use the VISA Check Card, your money is automatically deducted from your checking account. A VISA Check Card is accepted at many locations, including grocery stores, retail stores, gas stations, restaurants, in fact any place VISA is accepted. Debit cards offer a convenient alternative to carrying a checkbook or cash. Using a personal identification number, you can also use your debit card to obtain cash at most ATM's and at various retail locations. CHECK 21
New changes in check processing....Passed into law in October 2003, the check clearing for the 21st Century Act - or "Check 21" - will bring the nation's check payment system into the digital age and allow consumers to benefit from better and faster financial services.
Check 21 will improve today's existing system that forces checks to be exchanged physically and often transported around the country several times before the payment cycle is completed. Check 21 allows a new approach - it makes legal a substitute check which is a digital picture of your original check which can be processed electronically.
DETECTS FRAUD FASTER - check clearing is faster, fraud can be detected and investigated sooner.
MORE SECURE CHECK INFORMATION - Checks do not have to be physically transported via truck, train or plane.
Members now have the right to an investigation by their credit union if an error occurs.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Please keep in mind that you should have sufficient money in your account to cover payment at the time you write your check.
